An update on Auraya’s safety and wellbeing activities

[SYDNEY, NSW, March 2020] – Auraya takes the safety and wellbeing of its employees and others very seriously. Taking into account the best advice from relevant experts to ensure the safety and well being of employees, their families and the wellbeing of customers and the general community, all Auraya employees will be working from home until further notice. Travel will also be restricted to comply with current travel restrictions.

Rest assured that all Auraya employees are well equipped to work from home and can carry out their regular duties. All digital resources are available from Auraya’s cloud service providers. Auraya will continue to develop and improve its voice biometrics technology to provide current and new partners with the best possible voice biometric offering. Auraya will also continue to provide all support services that partners require remotely.

Although travel will be restricted, this restriction does not affect Auraya’s ability to deliver all services required to support new and existing partners and customers. Auraya will continue to support its partners in selling and delivering new solutions to their customers.
