You will be a key member of a creative team collaborating to transform the human voice into a secure and convenient key to identity verification.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will enjoy being a team member that can work independently. The ideal candidate will love what they do and instinctively know how to make their own work challenging, exciting and fun.
The ideal candidate will have deep experience working with Java and AWS. It would be helpful if the ideal candidate understands contact center technology from IVRs and agent desktop environments, to chat and messaging applications. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with website design and apps.
You like to participate in deep dive troubleshooting and technical reviews to identify the root cause of complex issues. You think outside the box and solve complex issues with simple solutions. You enjoy high pressure scenarios and the satisfaction achieved in resolving issues.
You love to code and enjoy creating new tools to solve problems. You have a solid understanding of software development methodology and know how to use the right tool for the right job.
Whilst this is a technical role, it is a customer-centric role, and the ideal candidate enjoys working with customers to help them get the best experience using Auraya’s Technology.
Whilst the role is primarily a product development role where you build new capability into Auraya’s voice biometric technology, you will also provide technical support for customers and partners to ensure the technology works seamlessly in our client implementations. There may also be opportunity for travel to assist customers and partners in our global deployments, and you will also be able to provide technical support for the sales team from time to time.
