Ping adds EVA Voice Biometrics to its integration directory, providing PingFederate customers the option to add a secure and seamless voice biometric security factor

[SYDNEY, NSW, May 2021] – Auraya, a world leader in voice biometric technology, announced today the availability of EVA Voice Biometrics on the Ping Integration Directory. Powered by the ArmorVox™ AI. EVA Voice Biometrics is a voice biometric security factor compatible with PingFederate integrations. It allows PingFederate customers to securely verify by simply saying the numbers displayed on the screen.

EVA Voice Biometrics provides improved regulatory compliance as it delivers a non-repudiable digital signature. With voice biometrics, identity verifications are fast and secure. Customer experience is improved as users verify their identity seamlessly. This frictionless and delightful experience means users do not have to worry about forgotten passwords or needing to switch devices to collect one-time passcodes.

EVA Voice Biometrics includes Auraya’s EVA Web functionality and the PingFederate IdP Adapter allowing for seamless integration into a PingFederate authentication flow. EVA Web uses SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language) to maintain authentication integrity and security, allowing PingFederate customers to use EVA Voice Biometrics for different digital channels such as websites requiring two-factor authentication for portal logins.

Paul Magee, president and executive director of Auraya Systems, said “The whole team at Auraya are proud to have EVA Voice Biometrics available for PingFederate customers via the Ping Integration Directory. EVA provides a multifactor capability to improve security and user experience. Adding EVA to the step-up security options enables security teams to eliminate the frustration of requiring customers to search for one-time passcodes in different windows or devices or requiring users to swap apps to get a transaction completed. EVA enables users to simply say the numbers displayed on the screen and have their voice biometrically verified behind secure firewalls with the authorized voiceprint. This process protects customers and organizations from risks associated with account takeover, fraudulent transactions and identity theft.”
