One Voiceprint For All Customer Contact Channels

Voice biometrics verifies the identity of authorized employees and customers by simply using their voices. It works by capturing a voice sample and crossmatching it to the voiceprint attached to the claimed identity. If the voice sample matches with the claimed identity’s voiceprint, then the speaker’s identity is verified successfully. Customers don't need to say a “contrived phrase” they can be verified whilst in conversation with a Bot or a human agent or they can be verified by saying a one-time passcode to confirm a transaction or access request.

Auraya’s EVA voice biometric solutions use ArmorVox AI technology which can identify over 3,900 unique characteristics per second of speech. These characteristics represent the differences in a person’s voice, such as their cadence, pitch, accent, and vocal tract. These characteristics make a person’s voiceprint unique to an individual.

Unlike fingerprints and faceprints that are stored on a customer's smartphone, EVA voice biometric solutions ensure that voiceprints are encrypted and stored securely by the client organization. This means voice verified access provides proof that the authorized person is requesting access to their data with their trusted smartphone or computer. This multi-factor verification process is both secure and convenient and protects the privacy and security of organizations and their customers.

EVA allows organizations to enroll users on one platform such as a website or App, and have them verified on other platforms such as a contact center or a chatbot.

This flexibility helps improve user experience and speeds the time to deploy as all existing customers can be enrolled when they log into their website or apps. EVA’s flexibility ensures that organizations can provide secure identity verification capabilities to their customers and employees on any channel enabling all types of access requests and transactions to be enabled on all channels in any language.
