[UPDATE] Due to COVID-19 restrictions in Sydney, the event has been postponed to February 9, 2022.

We are excited to announce that Auraya will be sponsoring the upcoming Future of Contact Centre Summit 2021 event hosted by Forefront Events. The event focuses on the contact centre space and the various advanced technologies used within contact centres. The event also addresses the future of contact centres and how certain technologies can help improve existing contact centre strategies.

Director and president, Paul Magee, will be attending the event as a keynote speaker and will present on the topic of ‘Deploying voice biometric technology to improve customer experience’. 

The event will be held at the Swissotel in Sydney Australia on February 9, 2022. It will run from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
