    Independent Deepfake Validation

    Auraya achieved 98–100% deflection of deepfake attacks in independent validation exercises with government agencies and banks, including deepfake penetration testing, between 2023 and 2026.

    EVA for NICE CXone

    EVA for NICE CXone was listed on NICE CXexchange, extending Auraya's virtual native integration across another leading CCaaS platform.

    Synthetic Voice Defence

    Auraya continued developing models designed to flag and deflect emerging AI-generated synthetic voice attacks.

  4. 2021

    Amazon Connect & Global Expansion

    EVA for Amazon Connect was listed on AWS Marketplace as Auraya expanded its international presence with offices in the United Kingdom and United States.

    Genesys AppFoundry

    Auraya became available through Genesys AppFoundry, beginning an integration history spanning three generations of the Genesys platform.

  6. 2015

    Five9 Integration

    Auraya's first integration with Five9 Inference Studio, beginning a relationship that continues with today's EVA for Five9.

  7. 2014

    ArmorVox Launch

    ArmorVox launched as Auraya's proprietary voice biometric engine, built around a stateless RESTful API architecture.
