[SYDNEY, NSW, October 2020] – Auraya today announced EVA, a voice biometric service underpinned by Amazon Connect, a cloud-based contact centre solution, is now available on AWS Marketplace.
AWS Marketplace is a digital catalog with thousands of software listings from independent software vendors that make it easy to find, test, buy, and deploy software that runs on AWS. The launch of EVA on AWS Marketplace comes as Auraya was recently recognised as a Select Tier Technology Partner in the AWS Partner Network.
Existing Amazon Connect customers can now simply purchase and activate EVA from the AWS Marketplace. EVA is automatically configured to integrate with their Amazon Connect contact centre solution and immediately delivers improved customer experience, better efficiency, and stronger security by automating the identity verification process allowing personalised self service and better conversations with agents.
With EVA, customers use their unique voice to verify themselves in the Interactive Voice Response system (IVR) and/or while talking to an agent. This enables organisations to provide their customers with expanded options for personalised and secure self-service in the IVR. If a customer wants to talk with an agent, the agent will already know that the customer’s identity has been verified, eliminating manual verification processes, thus improving agent and customer experience, whilst reducing the time to serve each customer.
Agents will be able to see the verified status of callers whilst using the intuitive agent control panel. With passive verification, the agent can see on their control panel, that the verified customer remains engaged throughout the entire conversation which improves security and privacy as agents don’t have to ask for further personal information if the call needs to be transferred to another agent.
The cost of consuming EVA is simply added to the organisation’s monthly AWS account based on the number of their enrolled customers. EVA is designed to suit organisations of all sizes as it automatically scales to suit any organisation.
In addition to all standard EVA functions, it can be customised using the AWS orchestration and provisioning tools along with EVA solution templates to create a comprehensive fraud detection and prevention capability, and digital channel enrolment and verification capability.
