Zendesk is a customer service software company that provides cloud-based support and sales customer service applications. Auraya has integrated Zendesk’s Support and Guide services to provide a frictionless support experience for Auraya’s reseller partners and end-user organisations. Now, partners and end-user customers can submit and track their own case tickets and receive faster responses. This integration replaces Auraya’s previous traditional ‘support forum structure’. Additionally, partners can access and read through frequently asked questions (FAQs) and announcements to stay up to date with the latest product releases and company updates.
Auraya’s sandbox evaluation portal, Cloud.ArmorVox, also received an upgrade which involved an improvement in system performance and an updated appearance to match with Auraya’s branding. Now, partners can browse and seamlessly switch between Auraya’s different web platforms from the main website to the sandbox evaluation portal all the way to the support platform.
These changes improve how partners and end-user customers access and integrate Auraya’s ArmorVox and EVA voice biometric capabilities and offer a better way for partners to connect with the support team.
