Co-founder and chief technical officer Clive Summerfield will be giving a presentation during the ECS Amazon Connect Immersion Days event on October 30.
The event provides a 2-day immersion workshop on Amazon Connect – Amazon’s cloud-based contact centre service. It will run from October 29 to October 30 with 6 modules spread across the two days. The modules covered are: ‘Amazon Connect Basic Setup’, ‘Amazon Connect and Amazon Lex’, ‘Amazon Connect Dynamic Contact Flow’, ‘Amazon Lex Enhanced’, ‘Send SMS Confirmation’ and ‘Integrate CCP into a Custom Web Page’. Clive will be speaking during the ‘Hands-On Module 4: Amazon Lex Enhanced’ module from 9.30AM to 11.00AM on October 30. In this presentation, Clive will also talk about how voice biometrics can be implemented into Amazon Connect for caller identity authentication and fraud detection capabilities.
